On Your Mark’s Clinical Services department consists of a multidisciplinary team that includes full time registered nurses who are available 24/7, behavioral intervention specialists, licensed mental health counselors and social workers. Our clinical team provides ongoing assessments to identify any medical or behavioral issues that may arise, and provides coordination of services that may be needed. These services may include, but are not limited to, routine medical and dental check ups, urgent and/or emergent care, specialty consults, physical/occupational therapy, speech therapy, counseling, and/or nutritional supports.

Our clinical department works in conjunction with both residential and day habilitation services to ensure the health, safety and well being of all individuals served. This is achieved through ongoing staff training and supervision, advocacy with medical providers to promote continuity of care, and evaluation of treatments.
